Apr. 18: Present the Colors @ Schaumburg Township PDF Print E-mail

Pledge of Allegiance at the Annual Schaumburg Town Meeting on Tuesday, April 18th at the 1 Illinois Blvd., Hoffman Estates building.  All boys will need to be in full uniform (navy pants, scout shirt, and kerchief).  All boys participating would have to arrive absolutely no later than 6:30pm.  The whole thing should not last longer than 30 minutes.

Apr. 28: Oh-Da-Ko-Ta Campout PDF Print E-mail

April 28th, 29th, and 30th is our next camping event.  We will be camping at Camp Oh-Da-Ko-Ta (3363 Dyer Lake Rd, Burlington, WI 53105).

The plan is to meet up at Camp Oh-Da-Ko-Ta on the 28th around 6:30pm.

The cost is $25 per person and covers food and camping activities.

Each den is assigned a meal to prepare for the Pack during the campout.  The den assignments are as follows:

Wolves - Dinner on the 29th

Bears - Breakfast on the 29th

Webelos - Lunch on the 29th

On the 28th we will have a cracker barrel (cheese, crackers, fruit, cookies, etc...) in the evening before bed, but everyone should come already have eaten dinner.  Each den should bring one item to contribute to the cracker barrel.

The Pack will provide a light breakfast on the 30th.

**Please be aware of allergies.  We do have an egg allergy in the Pack, so try and provide an alternative.  If there are other allergies I have missed, please let me know.

The attached documents are the permission slip, vehicle insurance form, and medical forms.  Please fill out the forms and have the money ready by April 24th.  Please be aware that we need medical forms for the adults as well.  I am always at drop off and pick up so I can get the forms and money then or you can always drop it off in my mailbox.  We are also having our next Pack night on April 21st, so that would be a great time to turn everything in as well.

One more thing, in order to run these camping events the Pack needs a lot of gear (tents, tables, cooking stuff, etc..) to have a successful event, so we are asking help on Thursday, April 27th at 6:30pm to load the trailer from our storage locker (145 W Irving Park Rd, Streamwood, IL 60107).
